Saidu Sharif is my hometown, I have been living in this beautiful town since birth. Being a local resident I want to share my views on this beautiful place. There are many tourist attractions here, such as the Swat museum, important Buddhist relics from 2nd century BC, Saidu Sharif Stupa, etc. Alongside the residential housing for locals, there are few nice hotels and many restaurants and cafes to cater to locals and tourists.
Saidu Sharif is located in the south of the Swat valley that makes it more or less an entry point to the valley. Many tourists use Saidu Sharif as a base station to stay here and take trips to other locations from here. I personally welcome you all to come and visit Saidu Sharif to see our way of life, culture, food, and tourist locations around swat.
